Try Refresh And Restore To Fix Issues With Windows 8 Support

Windows 8 is the latest operating system that is offered by Microsoft. Its interface is quite different from its previous operating system versions. But, even after having so many advantages and latest features, Windows 8 is quite prone to issues. windows technical support can easily rectify the solution to these issues. Refresh Your Windows 8

However, the apps downloaded from the internet and other sources like CD and DVD will be removed, but the apps downloaded from Windows Store will be re-installed automatically. You can also take the help from windows 8 support to re-install those apps. To do this, follow these steps:

Swipe from the right edge of your Windows 8 screen and tab to Settings to open it.
After this, open Change PC settings by tapping on it.
Go to Recovery by tapping on Update and Recovery.
Click on ‘Get Started’ under Refresh your PC. This will start the process.
Now follow the steps shown on your screen and complete the process.

Restore Your Windows 8

If you are facing issues like slow start-up, black screen issues or blue screen of death, then you can restore your system to previous healthy files. However, there are chances that the files stored after that restore point will be removed. If possible, you can take a safe backup off those files with the help of Windows 8 tech support. To continue with the restoration process, follow this:

Swipe into the screen and tap on ‘Search.’
Search for Control Panel and open it.
Now, on the search box of Control Panel, type ‘Recovery’ and open it.
Look for System Restore and open it.
Follow the instructions on the screen to initiate the process.
